Product Warranty

MATRIX provides a one-year warranty from delivery.

The warranty includes:

– Unlimited phone support and troubleshooting during working hours
– Ongoing software upgrades
– Replacement of any malfunctioning parts

This Limited Warranty does not include:
Damage to product resulting from accident or disaster, misuse or abuse, modification or alteration, any attempted unauthorized repairs;

or costs to MATRIX to service or repair the product on-site at the customer.
