Property Management Key System

Receiving responsibility over someone else’s property is a serious thing – controlling who has access to each property key is a daily task which often requires implementation of smart key cabinets.

But when it comes to key cabinets, controlling your keys is important but protecting them is crucial.

MATRIX provides the highest level of protection for your keys and assets – our patented systems secure each and every key in its own, individual locked compartment with no ability to access other keys.

LET US MANAGE YOUR KEY WHILE YOU MANAGE YOUR DEALERSHIP!

Maximum Security

MATRIX provides the highest level of protection for your keys and assets. Unlike other systems, where anyone who opens the door or drawer can steal or duplicate any key, MATRIX protects each key in a separate locked compartment with no ability to access other keys.

For an even higher level of security, a dedicated camera will capture every transaction – using cross-cutting reports, now you can also view a video capture of every transaction made.

Keys Assignment

Want to give a “one-time” key access to random user (guest / dog walker / technician)?

Just select the property, enter the user name and email address and the MATRIX will send them a “one time” code… once they scan the barcode / enter the code, the compartment that contains the property key will open and the transaction will be listed.
